Are your technicians qualified to work on EVs?

Yes. We have three IMI Level 4 qualified Electric Vehicle Technicians. This qualification confirms advanced training in safely working on high-voltage systems, diagnostics, and EV repair procedures.

What does IMI Level 4 EV qualification mean?

It means our technicians are trained to repair and replace EV and Hybrid components, carry out advanced diagnostics, and work on electric and hybrid vehicles in line with safety standards.

Can you diagnose EV warning lights and faults?

Yes. We use diagnostic equipment and EV-specific training to identify and repair faults in electric and hybrid systems, including battery-related issues.

Do you work on EV batteries?

Yes. We can carry out battery inspection, fault diagnosis, and controlled internal battery work where required, following strict safety procedures at our workshop in Totnes
